Today I would like to share with you a beautiful method that will stretch your mind and improve your life’s result of any kind.
Let’s get into it right away.
When you perform an action you are usually very limited in performing it because your mind is not ready to stretch that action to its full potential. Therefore, if you could accomplish 100% with that action you usually get to a 30% if you are lucky.
BUT….
If you practice that action once physically, your body-mind complex has registered subconsciously all that is necessary to perform the action on default. Now move on to the next step. Practice it mentally 3 other times, and every time improve it mentally at one or more levels. After you have practiced it mentally with concentration and focus, then perform the action physically again and see how your performance has improved.
Example:
Let’s say you are a dancer and you have to study a sequence of steps. Try it first physically and achieve what you can achieve. Do it with concentration so that your body-mind complex subconsciously registers all the information. Then practice the steps mentally for 3 other times. Improve your performance mentally at each time. Once you have done this, then physically dance the sequence again.
how much has your performance improved?
This is such a simple tip, really accessible to anyone. In fact sometimes I don’t understand why people aren’t doing it all the time.
