This is a long time topic for me.  I been single all my life. I had a very special love once, but
he was not committed to me, we did bring in a beautiful daughter.  In a recent reading a new love is a possibility.
How to find him or him find me is my question???

Meditations- You can actually connect with your soulmate wherever he is. At the base of his soul he is immortal and omni-pervading, just as you are. So as you go deeper in meditation, the less is the distance between you too.
This process has two phases:

1)  You heart needs healing at first, so you need a mediation that heals your heart, like a visualization or kind of breathing
—- then you need some time to adapt your life to a healed heart —–
2)  You go deep in meditation and visualize your aura expanding all around the planet, or at least having it in mind. meditate deeper to the point that you also consider the presence of the Universe in it, like watching over all that happens in the world, being over all movements. At that point, with the Universe by your side, you ask for a connection with the deepest soul of your soulmate. He must be present somewhere. Even though he is not present there physically, his soul that is part of his transcendental nature is present. He might not be aware of it, but he will hear the call.

Then you need time. You need to have faith that God provides all that you need. This is an important point. one of the first things to do is to understand that we are not alone over here. We have God actively present that is putting forth all that we need and even all that we want. We need to be able to receive by matching more and more our energy with God’s energy.

Yes, surely i have a few problems in looking for my real soulmate for my future.
I have problem with my friends, they always judge me wrong in whole chance. I need a solution. For a long time until now, I have always been feeling in the same condition..How must I repair?  I ‘m to trying to be kind to all my friends…

I talk about reflection in my soulmate connection course. Sometimes judgments from other people come because there is a part of ourvselves that thinks it need to be treated that way. Another possible answer is that the Universe is speaking “LOUD” to you so that you can finally get the lessons (nightmare have this function usually).

The important thing to understand here, is that this is NOT between you and them, but it is about the “movie” of life that you are projecting. Go to the projector directly, through meditation, and ask that your challenges may be softened and that harmony would prevail over all inharmonies. This is absolutely possible.Ask that you might be Aware of what you need to learn anyway, but with love, peace and harmony. You can ASK things to be different, ask it sincerely, speak to the Universe, to God, as if HE was the person with which you had the greatest confidence and relationship with.

I am wondering, is the quest for a soulmate different for a man than a woman?
What are the differences?

This is an excellent question.

If you follow the approach explained in the Soulmate Connection Course, you will see that the consciousness we are tapping into in order to find love is a NON-DUAL consciousness. This means that it is not male or female in itself, it just IS. Love is the binding force of the Universe, if you get yourself in tune with Love, you are binding those things which you love into you, your system and your reality.

A practice to develop this feeling and understanding is to close your eyes, and start blessing everyone. From your heart and from your hands visualize or feel loving effortless energy flowing and bless anyone, as if you were living from a different dimension, one of wisdom where things are just right, seen under the right perspective.

If you can do that, you will see that at some point the pure feeling of love will start pouring. People and circumstances will start smiling at you. On the other hand, if you can’t tap into that consciousness yet, then yes there is a difference. It is called symbolic expression of the self.

Let me explain it through Astrological symbols. Symbols are active energies into our lives, portals towards the infinite.

For example in astrology a male energy is symbolized by Mars, and a female energy is symbolized by Venus. How you love is symbolized by the Moon. You must realize that you are trying to find satisfaction of the what the moon represents for you and that you are moving towards Mars or Venus.

How are you moving? Then you have to look at the Sun sign and see if it is a water-air-fire-earth sign.

Cardinal: initiator of a spark, the initiating flame of creation

Fixed: radiating to a point in yourself or from a point in yourself

Mutable: spiral magnetic energy

I have too many questions about my boyfriend.. I love my boyfriend and it’s a long story. He is now not contacting me at all…he is in a different country and when he goes back home he doesn’t contact me.. every time he leaves me and when he comes back to school he sends me emails..but it is complicated because he doesn’t tell me specific things about our future. I wish I could marry him..I m pretty sure he loves me too but I do not know what is his problem. I just want to marry him and that’s it.

My suggestion is that you need to balance your emotionality here. You can’t see clearly when the waves of your emotions are high. Where is this emotional turmoil taking you. I suppose the best thing to do is to balance and ground your life. Do at least 3 to 4 things every day that affirm your nature and that will keep you true to yourself.

I had a feeling that you might jump from one expression of yourself to another, almost no matter what it would be like, just to get this situation under your desired outcome. Control your emotions here, this is important.

When we are driven by emotions we tend to move into opposite directions very quickly, therefore practice something that grounds you just for the sake of it. For example, sit for 5 minutes with the sole of the feet firm into the ground visualizing roots coming down of your feet.

Meditate on the pull of gravity or visualize a rock and feel that you are absorbing its qualities.

Also affirm: “If this love is to be mine it will come to me, if it is not mine, I don’t want it”… we can’t steal people from their lives just because we think we want them.

Another affirmation that you could use is: “For the benefit of all parts involved, this love or a better one is coming to me now”

I hope this helps. In other words, you have to put yourself in the most favorable conditions to attract the best love possible instead of fixing on a specific outcome, especially when your vision could be not clear because of your emotional involvement.

How to be loved by everyone?
How to be satisfied with oneself?
How one can help make a society a lovely place to live?

Self satisfaction has to do with what in yoga is called Contentment. When one is content there is no compulsion of violence. Self contentment is generated by living a simpler life, make your life simple. When it gets intense simplify it. If we reach out for something to get continuously then we create a sense of deep malcontent, because we always end up desiring what is not in the sphere of our availability. If we realize that after all we have all that we need and start simplifying our life, then we can start put beauty in it instead of trying to fix it or accumulating.

People love and are attracted by people who are happy and who are like them. If your heart is free from the compulsion of malcontent and inner violence, than you are at a state of rest… at that point happiness is natural, you have nothing to accomplish, your life is beautiful, therefore you can communicate with the other from love and compassion. Because you have nothing to accomplish you are free to listen to them completely, your mind is there and it is there with Joy. Would you love a person like that? I would. The greatness of such a person is palpable and what is even more incredible is that such a person gives you full attention and full love.

The last part of your question, in my opinion, has this simple answer: we should see people in our society as our higher self. It needs to be lived from your own center, but then it expands including the consciousness of everyone. As you start feeling and perceiving yourself as part of the puzzle of God, you know that you are interconnecting with the cosmic man. Society is the cosmic man.

Now, what is great is that this can be experienced through particular practices and techniques that will soon start you on the path of greater love.. like those that you can find in the Soulmate Connection course.

How can I get love?

Getting love is no different than being able to forget yourself in order to live love instead of trying to get it. This is not philosophy. I think it is a real great teachings. When we stop thinking that things are different than what they should be, love disappear. Love is present where the feeling of love is present.

You are NOT the only who is looking for love. EVERYONE is looking for love. Everyone wants it. Some people seem to be ugly but they are able to be surrounded by people who love them. I met someone like this several times. I admired them too, because they seemed radiating something special, I remembered that I didn’t even consider their physical aspect when in their presence.

To get love you need to attune yourself to love and forget about getting your IDEA of love or of what love is. Your wouldn’t get the real love and after sometime you wouldn’t be happy. I don’t believe in those people who create a list and then see if the person they meet has all the requirements.

Even if they would find someone like that, they would lose him… those qualities would change. You either stagnate or evolve, and if you stagnate you start going downward towards total unhappiness. But a love that is connected from the non-dual source of the aspect of Love will endure all changes.

Give up your self, your own limiting ideas, and try to experience the power of love into your daily life, then you can’t miss love because love is what you are. Everyone is looking for love, everyone will start responding to you with love. There is only love and love is what you give and get.

This is how you find love… and I apologize if I didn’t give an answer that would provide you with a little psychological push, this would give a permanent illusion of power and then you would be again where you are.

How can we know if a man really loves you ?
How can we know if a man is not lying to you?
How can we know if it is true or not when a man talks about marriage?
How can you really know if it is true or not when a man says I LOVE YOU?
How can we if there is no one else then you in his life ?

First of all, how do you feel? Be honest with this. Sometimes we ignore our intuition enough to create problems, instead our life could be easier if we would just listen to our inner voice. Then we rationalize and we get convinced of things that are not really adhering with reality.

Then, again here, you should look at your emotions and balance them first. Then have a look at the history of this person. Does he have a past of being not truthful, did he cheat on partners before?

Do you find YOURSELF lying often? If you do lie often, it is hard to see the Truth. Then start practicing being absolutely truthful for at least a month, and you will start seeing things more clearly.

On the other hand…. Are you putting pressure on this relationship? Are you trying to get him to say what you want to hear? Are you being a little pushy on this subject? We need to understand that people need their space and we need to respect their time too. Sometimes people would start saying beautiful things because there is a part of them that wants to believe it, even when it is not completely true at the moment. This means that the intentions are good and that you can build up a beautiful relationship from there.

My suggestion is: don’t rush up to buy your “packaged dream-love”. Start with what you have. Acts of kindness, gentleness and of love would plant good seeds. At that point you see what reaction you get. If the seeds you are planting are those of love and he responds with love, then it’s great, you have fertile ground to build upon. But BE CAREFUL: here is a WARNING: if he responds to love he will do so only in the way he thinks it is best, and not in the way YOU think it is best.

For example, if for you a proof of love would be receiving some flowers and for him is to buy a ticket to a horror movie, than you have to take that as an act of love. You know he is responding to love, therefore his feeling are growing genuine. You need to do something in order to see his responses and then accept that he will respond according to his temperament and character. Leave the expression of his love free from your own expectations. This is vital.

If he has someone else… well I am sure that sooner or later you will come to know. If you get involved with someone seriously, things start to “smell” when something is not quite right. You know there is something wrong. If you have planted good seeds, than you have the right to take him and say: “ if you want to stay with me, than stay with me, otherwise you have to leave immediately and leave me free to find new opportunities for my personal life”.

Again, never think it is too late for love. Everyone wants love, and if you become love, love is always there.

SHADOWS

Finally, we have so many shadows in our minds of people that tell us what love should be like, or what relationships should be like. Give them up! These shadows, 99.99% of the time are limiting you incredibly.

Allow yourself to have fun. Be true to yourself, no matter what people think. If you can’t be true to yourself you can’t find Truth in your life, you just can’t see it, and you can’t recognize true love.

Shadows are usually parts of ourselves that we are not supposed to like, but they are there. As soon as we give up the thought that something is good or bad we just live.

If no one told you what the “shadows” in your mind have been telling you, what would you do today?
If nobody would ever know, what would you do?
If it was really ok to do it and no risk at all, what would you do?
